Refund Policy
No SMS — no charge
When you order a number, its price is reserved from your balance. If no SMS arrives within the activation window (20 minutes) and you cancel the order, the reservation is released in full back to your balance automatically. You are only charged for activations that actually delivered a code.
Refund conditions
Completed activations (an SMS code was delivered) are not refundable. Beyond the automatic no-charge rule, we honor refund requests in these cases:
• Non-receipt of SMS due to server issues with a service — report within 7 days of purchase.
• Invalid number issues, with evidence provided — report within 7 days of purchase.
• Major defects reported and not corrected within 72 hours — full refund or replacement.
How to request
Write to two.fapvasupport@protonmail.me or message us on Telegram with the order ID. Balance refunds are processed to your 2FASMS balance; payouts to the original payment method follow the payment provider's rules.
